Pre-Employment Medicals

Please advise our reception staff when making a booking for a Pre-Employment Medical as a long consultation is required. Please bring to your appointment the relevant forms from your prospective employer. Finalisation of the account is required on the day of the consultation.

Workers’ Compensation

All patients being treated for worker’s compensation claims will need to finalise payment for their consultations on the day of the appointments (claims can then be submitted to the relevant insurance company for reimbursement).

Commercial Driver’s Licence

Appointments are available for Commercial Driver’s Licence medical assessments with payment for the consultation to be finalised on the day of the appointment.
