To make it easier for our patients we use the TYRO payment system. TYRO allows an immediate refund of the Medicare rebate into your account at the time of full payment. Your account can be paid by cash/credit card or Eftpos however rebates can only be deposited back onto a DEBIT card. (Medicare will not deposit the rebate onto a credit card). Alternatively, if you have registered your bank accounts details online with Medicare, we can send direct, and the rebate will be in your account within 24 hours.
Telephone consultations are possible if needed. Please be advised however that phone consultations cannot be bulk billed.
